Pete Stryker is seen here demonstrating the features of the GX101G Panini Grill by Star Manufacturing. Excellent for grilling almost any sandwich from top to bottom. Just like any piece of cast iron cookware, it is important to remember that cast iron surfaces are meant to remain seasoned. After grilling, simply scrape any residue from the surface, and wipe the surface with a clean, damp cloth. This grill is excellent for use small/medium size restaurants. Grill is available in 120v/15a electric circuits; does not require special circuits.
