I need to eat healthier, but I don’t have time to cook – are there good prepared food alternatives? I’d like to go vegetarian, but I don’t like dairy so how can I get enough protein? Are there healthy after school snacks that are easy to fix and my kids will like?
Wouldn’t it be nice if we could get just a few minutes of a nutritionist’s time to ask our most pressing questions for free?
Now you can. We are now offering free consultations with a nutritionist to in-store customers. No appointment is necessary.
Highly regarded nutritionist Dr. Sudha Mehta, will be available to provide expert advice on nutrition and dietary questions.
“I think a lot of people want to eat healthier, but they just don’t know how,” said Jeff Schweppe, president of Schweppe, Inc. “For other people, they just need a little encouragement to either get on the right path or stay on it. We’re offering this service as a thank you to everyone who shops here. It’s also our way of saying that we really do care about our community.”
Nutritionist consultations are open to everyone on a first-come, first-served, walk-in basis every Thursday from 2-3 p.m. starting Sept. 23.
