Yes, things went as smoothly as possible. The Glendale Heights restaurant was up and running on schedule. Today the enticing aroma of Texas barbecue fills the air the minute you walk in this popular eatery. Brian and his partner plan on opening four more locations in the next four years in the Chicago area. From this point forward, Brian plans to continue shopping at Schweppe. He also recommends them to other restaurants. “We know we can depend on Schweppe to keep pace with us when we open other restaurants and to quickly address any problems that arise in our current location. That trust cannot be easily replaced,” he said.
