OK—This is what Shannon Stafford, Gironda’s office director, said about us; “Their track record is excellent, especially when you consider that we order our supplies through them once a week and have never had a problem with a delivery being late; never had anything but excellent customer service; and always get the best quality products at the best prices.”
Mike Singleton, the Schweppe account rep for Gironda, says, “I don’t mind driving over there to bring them something at the last minute, and I have on several occasions. That’s just part of my job. If they need me, I’m there. Everyone at Schweppe works hard to be very accessible to our customers.”
Shannon adds that the whole Schweppe experience is professional, proactive, and enjoyable. “Mike calls on a fairly regular basis to see if he can help with anything or if we need anything,” she says. “When I call in the orders the people in the Schweppe office are very pleasant. They deliver products when they say they will—even the delivery people are very friendly.”
A number of factors have contributed to the success of the Frank Gironda, including the extra-mile service from suppliers like Schweppe. Mike says that he continues to keep a close eye on product prices for the salons. If something appears to be too high, he’ll negotiate a lower price with the vendor. If Schweppe receives a discount on an item from a vendor, he always passes the savings onto his customers.
“In addition to the fact that they are very loyal, I really appreciate Shannon’s input,” Mike says. “We work hard to improve our product line and stay on the cutting edge. If there is something she needs that we don’t have, I’ll get it for her and add it to our inventory.”
When asked if she would suggest Schweppe to others, Shannon didn’t hesitate. “I would absolutely recommend Schweppe to others and I have for a number of reasons,” she says. “Two that come to mind right away are pricing and customer service. I know that we are getting low prices and I have no desire to shop around. If something changes with the pricing or products, I know they that will let us know ahead of time. I’m happy to endorse them. They have great products and great service.”
